About this speaker
Behzad Salehoun is Capco Canada’s Insurance Lead. He has 20 years of experience in the insurance, financial services, and benefits sectors. In his role, he leads large scale customer and employee transformation programs at global property & casualty insurers, life & health insurers, managing general agents and brokers. Behzad returned to Capco in 2024 from EY’s Insurance Technology Consulting practice in Toronto. Prior to Capco and EY, he co-founded BrokerLift, a leader in insurance digital distribution, where he was the Chief Technology Officer. He has also held consultancy roles at Gore Mutual Insurance, Aviva Canada, and CIBC.
