Marcus Daley

Marcus Daley is the technical co-founder of NeuralMetrics, a leading provider of generative AI technology featuring a suite of AI-powered risk-quality data products and agentic AI capabilities for commercial insurers and MGAs. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology management and has set up several large-scale global analytics and technology operations in Asia, Eastern Europe, and South America. Based in the U.S., Daley has excelled at growing start-ups and transforming the technology behind Fortune 500 companies, including S&P Global, Microsoft, and Intel. Before joining the NeuralMetrics team, he held the position of CTO at S&P Global Ratings, where he streamlined agile processes while strengthening regulatory controls, led multi-phase technology transformation programs, and accelerated innovation across a wide range of new product initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Utah State University and completed his MBA at Colorado State University.
